I took my grandkids, age 3 and 6 months to Puzzles on a Thursday night. The facility was clean, well-kept, and had a friendly and helpful staff. It was a great value, as we only had to pay for the 3 year old and no adults. The kids had a wonderful time, even the baby, who enjoyed the toddler area. I have never been on the weekend, but everything was enjoyable for us. I would definitely recommend Puzzles as a 'get your energy out' place for young children. As always, you should keep your eyes on your children, as I don't trust that any amusement place can appropriately supervise a group of children.
The place is super fun and the kids really really enjoy it. But my son broke his ankle there, and was on crutches and in therapy for over 3 months. With a metal screw in his ankle, his dream of being in the Army is over. If you can go a quiet time, and stay near your child, you shouldn't have any problems. But lots of kids and chaos are not conducive to safety.
You'll be so scared! A group of friends went late at night and had blast being scared s-less! They say lots of people died there. I don't know about that, it;s just creepy and dark from the moment you drive up to this huge old hospital. I'd give it 5 stars, but nothings perfect, right?
