Sergei Churbanov and his company, Roof it Right, were very professional every step of the way. This was our first experience in having our roof replaced and Sergei was very attentive to our concerns. We had to wait for the shingles to come in, then for the weather to clear and within about a week, Roof it Right's team was clearing off the old shingles and installing the new ones. The Roof it Right team was very considerate of our landscaping, making sure to put down tarps to catch all debris and had put their trailer in our driveway to dispose of the shingles. During the removal they found that a piece of plywood had some water damage and replaced it for no additional charge. Then they found that the attic vent could not be removed and reused, so they also replaced it at no additional charge. This was astounding to me; in this day and age where most companies will nickel and dime you to death, Roof it Right went out of their way, both in workmanship and money-out-of-their own pockets to insure that we were satisfied with them and our new roof. It did take them an extra day to complete the project, but since we had two major rain storms that day, it's no wonder it took them a few extra hours. It was no bother to us, and they made sure to install a tarp over the roof that hadn't been shingled before leaving for the evening. My friends at work said, "Make sure you check your yard for nails, because you'll find them." But up until now, all I've found are bits of plastic that were wrapped around the shingles. There are no nails in my yard, because they took a machine with a magnet around the yard to make sure all nails had been picked up. When you think of the rainstorms that we had, and all the debris that must have come off the roof and into the gutters and still no nails in the yard?! That's amazing! The Roof it Right crew were diligent workers, putting in two days of hard work to get our new roof installed. And Sergei, although called away to another work site, was easily reached and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. My husband and I are very impressed with Sergei and Roof it Right and wouldn't hesitate to refer him to any of our family and friends who need roof work done.

He and his team were as careful with our home as they would have been with their own, they even wore shoes with carpeted soles on the roof so they would not damage the shingles! I have never even heard of that before, let alone seen a contracting company take the time and money to use them! I appreciated how they always wore their fall protection when on the roof and worked safe while on our property. Our neighbors were amazed at the amount of time they took each and every day to clean up, checking for nails, picking up debris, and just making sure our house looked nice while the job was being done. Our insurance inspector came out and I asked him if our gutters should extend as far past the roof line as they did because most of the gutters I had seen were flush with the end of the house. He told me that I had one of the best contractors he had ever seen because our gutters were EXACTLY how they should be and most contractors don't do nearly as good a job with that as Sergey and his team did with ours. He couldn't say enough about what a great job they were doing and how they were paying attention to detail that most roofers miss and sealing any place that water could possibly ever leak in. Sergey noticed an area where another company had "fixed" an area in our roof, but it was done incorrectly so he took the time to repair it and correct where the water was coming in and did not charge us a penny more! Our house looks brand new and we love it! I can't say enough good things about Roof-it-Right! They are honest, professional, careful, particular about their work, and definitely the best roofing company we have ever used! After the hail storm and many windstorms from 2012 I figure my 20+ year old roof was due for a new one. After I was approved by my insurance company that they would cover my roof being replaced I started contacting different contractors. Finally after I had different bids, I had Sergei from Roof It Right come out. First off let me say Sergei was the only contractor who was actually on time for our appointment. Sergei looked over what the insurance was covering/replacing and told me he could do everything on the list which was great because no other contractor wanted to replace my gutters with the roof. Sergei did not try to up sell me with fancy nails, glue, and sheets unlike other contractors. I also liked that the owner (Sergei) came out and didn't send a salesman out. After Sergei came out and I told him I needed time to think about who I wanted to use he was very understandable and told me to just give him a call if I were to choose Roof It Right. I had every contractor that I contacted call me everyday after they came out besides Roof It Right which I really liked because I didn't feel like they were breathing down my neck to use them. I finally called Sergei Of Roof It Right and he came over to write up a contract for us. I had the basic 3 tab shingles on my roof and wanted to update it to 3 dimensional shingles and Sergei told me it would only cost me $100 out of my own pocket and it would update the two year warranty to a five year one which was great. The other big thing was my insurance deductible was $1000 and I wasn't wanting to pay that out of my own pocket and Sergei told me that he would cover that for me since I were using Roof It Right to complete the job. Sergei contacted me everyday and keep me up to date with what was completed after each day which was more than I could ask for. It only took Sergei and his workers a few days to replace my roof and gutters. After each day I checked my driveway and there never once was a nail on the ground. Sergei and his workers did an amazing job and I would definitely use them in the future.
