        Wonderfully exceeds standards!

        I had filed my taxes at a different location, and had a problem and had to refile. Upon going back to the first location we were given attitude and people who didn't want to help. (And didn't understand their job for that matter) Going to Loudonville to visit friends we decided to try that location and they were excellent. They did everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING in their power to correct the wrongs! They were wonderful. We will now be returning to them (even though we live over 500 miles away!) but we will be mailing our information!
