Worst place ever!!! They do not know how to groom mini SCHNAUZER breed. They chop all their hair off and then say it was matted.. Not the case with my spoiled baby, she is bathed once to twice a week every week and combed 2-3 times a day she is not matted. They dont know what they are doing. The owner Celeste is a horrible, hateful person.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ZOO OF A PLACE!!!

We love Serenity Pet Spa! We have three Aussies, it is the only groomer we would take them to and have been customers since they first opened. Celeste (who has groomed other dogs, as well as my show dog, for years previous to opening a business) and Amanda are great with the dogs, even our youngest who is often really shy around people she isn't used to, and they always do a fantastic job. The dogs are also spoiled with treats while they are there, so they love it.

Every time we have been there all of the other dogs I've seen leaving have also always looked wonderful. They have always only taken cash or checks and asked that dogs be dropped off in the morning to be picked up by 4pm, so I think the issue with the reviewer below is just that she didn't take the time to research the business on those two points or maybe she missed the information some how. As for the rest of her complaints, I can't imagine any dog looking horrific leaving this groomer so if you are a new customer don't let it deter you from giving them a chance. As I've said we have gone to them for years and wouldn't trust anyone else.

They are really amazing, they obviously know what they are doing. The best thing is they understand that dogs do not always have the best bladders, so they get a little walk during the day. And when I come to pick up my dog it is a nice reunion, and my dog is always in high spirits because he knows they are going to offer him treats. Honestly, they are the only people that I trust when it comes to grooming my dogs :)



And Mr. or Mrs gourdguru they have a sign stating that they only take cash or check, I am deeply sorry that you are in ineligible of reading a fine print sign. I am also sorry that you can not comprehend the way they work; they take in numerous dogs in the morning and work on them through out the day, HENCE why they said for you to come back at 2-3 to pick up your dog.

Well in all in all, I am glad that I take my dogs there and gourdguru you are greatly missing out on this amazing opportunity on having the best looking dogs. Take it from someone who has taken their dogs to others and found the best of the best here :)
