        Called them on Thursday Dec, 29th. They are supposed to be opened 24 hrs. Called again Friday morn and the lady said she would contact her plumber and call me. No calls. Called again after 9 am.She said she would call me right back. Its 11 am and still have not heard. If this service I want no part of it; Not even a call back to let me know one way or another if they could come out or not.

        Unfortunately this company ins...

        Unfortunately this company installed the HVAC and plumbing for our subdivision. I called this company in the past when I wanted to get a softener loop installed. I left multiple messages and never did receive a call back. Our furnace started malfunctioning last week so I called Priority. I still haven't received a call back. I contacted another company and they came out that day to look at the furnace. It turns out that Priority never adjusted the gas flow during the installation so it was overheating. Wasted $$$ on the repair and past gas bills!
