I have been practicing law in New Mexico since 1982 focusing primarily on the representation of Injured Workers in New Mexico, and also individuals who have been Injured in Motor Vehicle accidents, Falls, and as a result of Defective Products.My fees are always contingent on my ability to obtain benefits for my clients. In personal injury cases the fees usually range from 25 percent to 33 1/3 percent of the recovery.I do not charge for an initial consultation, and there is absolutely no obligation to hire me to represent you on your case either before or after the initial consultation.
