I WAS a frequent customer. The last time in there my non fat mocha was made with whole milk. I tried to inform the employee behind the counter to make sure it was made with non fat this time. She looked confused and said"" so you want non-fat?"" Her co-worker quickly came up and hugged her and wispered something into her ear. I didn't raise my voice, or behave rudely, I simply requested this. The service is extremely slow uaually. However, this time my coffee was shoved over to me in under 30 seconds, luke warm. The owner lives out of state apparently and the manager isn't in until Monday. I suspect that I will be treated with the same coldness by him as well. I will go to Starbucks from now on, the service is quick and they can remember what I order. Down with the mom and pop shops!!!
