The customer service line is always super long with customer returns. They tell you to save time by ordering online and picking up in store but you have to wait in the returns line. Defeats the whole purpose when you can shop in store faster. The sign says to talk to any associate and they point you to the returns line. Tip to Lowes, have a separate line for online orders or have any associate be able to help you like the sign indicates.
We've worked with Taylor Brothers on a couple of home projects over the past 5 years. The service can be a little hit or miss depending on who you work with, but the products are always very high quality. After a manufacturer error, they really helped us get a solution in place quickly.
As far as Home Depot's go this one is pretty middling. They have the normal wide selection plus tool rentals. The staff are sufficiently helpful, but don't necessarily go out of their way to assist.
