Oh my gosh, as a tea lover, this place is my new Mecca. Really cool urban vibe, with so many amazing flavors of loose leaf tea to purchase, and the cold tea drink I ordered from the tea bar (Marakesh Mojito, I think it was called) was like an incredible craft cocktail. I'd definitely consider hitting this place up in lieu of a bar prior to dinner at Factory Kitchen or Oficina Brera. (They also do have tea-infused cocktails if you want something boozy.) Only downside is that I wish they served more in the way of eats beyond scones and pastries.

Love this spot for a posh afternoon tea in downtown Los Angeles. It's in the historic Biltmore hotel, which makes valet parking here a total cinch. Gorgeous setting, and the food is traditional scones and finger sandwiches. Just what you want from high tea.
Great service and food, but it's hard to feel relaxed when you're in a shopping mall-like setting. (This one's at Hollywood and Highland.) There aren't too many tables here, either, so reservations are a must.
