Aaron Brother's quoted me $200, they got it done using better materials for $40. That's right! I live across the street from Aaron brothers in west hollywood and I had brought an irregular sized poster to them for framing and the cheapest they they could do it for (using the cheapest materials) was $200. Good thing I remember seeing this hidden frame store on 3rd street with a sign that says poster framing $19. They could've done the $200 work that Aaron brothers quoted me for $19 but I ended up upgrading the materials so all in all it cost me just $40. I am going back next week to bring a couple of signed CDs for framing.
the other day I found a picture of my grandparents wen they got marry on i wanted to frame this because it was the only pic i had of them so a friend told me about frame store that same day I made the decision of going and Chuck who was the consultant that help me was great and walked me through the process. He was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to buy the super expensive stuff. Great customer service for sure. 5 stars for that. Only thing is that it is a bit pricey. I wouldn't have gone without the Living Social coupon that my friend gave me.
I have had several pictures and paintings framed at Decor Store over the years. I tried them the first time because they were in my neighborhood and were convenient. I went back repeatedly because of the excellent quality work, competitive pricing and friendly disposition of the owner, Albert Tam. I always get exactly what I ask for, it looks phenomenal and if there are any questions or additional options, he always calls me to ensure customer satisfaction.
