I was truly scared and embarrassed that I hadn't been to a dentist in years. I was in pain and the only dental office open on a Saturday near my home was the Western Dental on Soto and Whittier. I hesitated to go to that office because my sister had a bad experience about five years ago. I couldn't stand my toothache so I went in as a walk in. Immediately I felt I was in a good positive environment. The staff greeted me with big Smiles and weren't judgmental. The doctor was great and his assistant even let me (a women in her 30s) hold her hand. Everyone was great! When I went in the office I was almost in tears irritated, upset debating if I made the right choice. However thanks to the manager I literately didn't want to leave but when I did I was laughing and smiling. Like if her cheerfulness rubbed off on me. Thank you WESTERN DENTAL for all the improvements your making to make the customer feel part of "YOUR" family. My sister is definitely going back thanks to my experience. I don't have enough words to express my appreciation. I honestly recommend this location to everyone!!!
