This was my first attempt at ordering online. They had EXCELLENT choices, and they were the ONLY ones who carried what I wanted (""Dukes""). I loved the choices , but then I had a question and tried to e-mail them about it, using their ""contact us"" procedure, - but my e-mail was returned to me, indicating that they thought it was ""junk mail"" and had never read it! So I decided to go ahead anyhow, and just order it. I got through the ordering process just fine, but at the end I was asked to enter a password. I had just finished learning how to create good passwords, so I put in my best shot (13 characters long, no spaces) and the website responded that my password was not long enough....it was supposed to be over 4 characters long! I couldn't believe my eyes. I reentered it, even though I was very sure I had it right the first time. Same deal. So I e-mailed them again, using their ""contact us"" procedures, and guess what.....my emails were returned ""not read"" AGAIN! So I thought I would call them, - but there is no ""800"" number anywhere that I can see. They really make it hard to purchase anything from them. I sincerely hope others do not have the same problems because the merchandise looks great.......it is just that I can't get to it.
