The extensive menu for appetizers, food, and drinks is well worth the long wait to get in. If you are able to go at less popular times, it is smart to do so. We particularly like to eat on the heated patio and enjoy the spectacular view of the Grove.
Crowed, busy, noisy, packed but good food and surprisingly good service too. All in all just what you might expect from a Cheesecake Factory location. We were here a few nights ago. For a chain restaurant, I have to say it is above par. ...view moreI've been to the CF at many different locations across the country, and the one definite I can say, is that they do not falter from location to location - food always remains consistent and is a good value.view less
We landed here to celebrate my friend's birthday on a Friday night at 8:00 PM. The front office was extremely rude and asked us to wait for 4 hours in order to be seated. They close at 12 and they ask us to wait for 4 hours? Are we out of our mind to hang in there?
The only thing that is worth eating here is the Cheese Cake, everything else is just ordinary.
If you are a large group then don't even think about coming here, unless you want to ruin your whole night waiting.

We have been patronizing these chain restaurants for years. Over this time period, we've seen the menu become more blah and the quality of the food slide. It remains over-priced for the cafeteria-style ambience. While the menu is extensive, the attempts at ""thai"" and other ethnic foods don't really resemble the cultures from which they are derived. If you're going to eat at these chains, you might as well order a burger and fries because that's what they do best. The service is...view more always SLOW and every time we've been to the one at the Grove-- twenty minutes just to get appetizers and drinks, which is not good if you've got young kids with you. They've messed up our order each time as well. You're treated not like a customer but like a table number. If you're going to dine at the Grove, you're better off at one of the other establishments. Would not go back there again.view less
I sit at the bar almost every time I go in and I have to say, what a great place to go for a cocktail! I've owned several restaurants and I know how difficult the bartender's job can be. At the grove, sometimes they are really, REALLY busy but they still make effort to give great service. Sometimes I don't even watch the TV's, I just watch the bartender in the service well. It's like a show. They never stop moving. I notice too, that they don't use mixers for anything. It's all real fr...view moreuit and purees. That makes the drinks that much more difficult to make, but that much better too. And they don't skimp on the alcohol either. I have to be careful not to have more than two drinks, because although the drinks are strong, they don't taste like it. They make what may be the most perfect cocktails. I generally tip well wherever I go, but these guys, (and gals) definitely earn it. Thanks! Two thumbs up!view less
This is one of my fave place to eat.Almost every entree on the menu is great. The atmoshphere is really nice. The interior decor is really great too. I prefer the balcony seating area. Very nice for a date. The only flaw about this cheescake factory is that its always crowded..so expect a long waiting time to be seated.
I never ever been in this place... only my friends were been there before, especially thanks to Annie, our waitress, she was very nice with us and very polite... I tried the Bistro shrimp scampi... I don't remember exactly the name, penne pasta with prawn shrimps (a lot of shrimps... that's the way I like :oP..) mushrooms and arugula.... a little bit spicy... very very good!! I think I'll take there my best friend absolutely..\r

This has got to be the best place to have dinner on earth! The appetizers are diverse, Avocado Egg Rolls and Crispy Crab Wontons are my favorites, the entrees are filling, Miso Salmon makes my tastebuds sing, and dessert is HEAVENLY! I'm torn. Between Linda's Fudge Cake and Lemon Raspberry Cream cheesecake, I don't know which is better than everything that has ever contributed to the concept of delicious...but they're both up there!
