Success! Thanks for posting your review of Tasca. You’ve done the world some good today.

Great for meeting friends, hangin' out and have one or more from their outstanding wine and beer list. I have not eaten here yet but will soon. Great staff and comfortable surroundings.

Cool little wine bar

I like this small wine/tapas bar. The servers are passionate and knowledgeable about wine. The happy hour is a great way to sample the tapas menu. The decor is warm, inviting and romantic. If you sit in the outside patio, be prepared for the slow service. But overall its a fun, unpretentious bar that I keep going back to.

My friend and I wanted to get a glass of wine so we decided to try Tasca the other night. In total, we had an app for $12, four glasses of wine for $7 each and one glass of wine for $9. Our bill was $77. I'm not the best at math but when I calculate this it comes out to $49. The waiter said it was because there were ""tasting"" charges and ""glass"" charges. Before we ordered two of the wines, he gave us a minis... view more

Nice vibe, but overpriced & not that good...

Walked in for dinner around 7:30 on a Saturday night sans reservation, got seated right away. Nice host, charming waiter. Ambience lovely, good music, cozy lighting. Place filled up, seemed like a fun mixed crowd. But service really slow, food crawled out of the kitchen at a snails pace. The wine was good, but we had to drink a ton of it because our food wasn't arriving. In my mind the thing with Tapas is you order a... view more

Celebrating a birthday at Tasca is just a horrible idea. Our group wasn't seated until nearly 10 PM, which was 40 minutes after our so-called reservation. The service was atrocious! We were very hungry but they refused to bring any bread until after we ordered (which took another 25 minutes). The server was pompous, insulting and could not answer simple questions in a straight forward manner. He was completely i... view more

I prefer Cobra's and Matador's

This place was just ok. I have been to several tapas places in Los Angeles and I found the tapas to be excessively overpriced for the extremely small portions, similar to the restaurant ""Parc."" The food was maybe a 7 out of 10. Cheese plate's are my favorite and I found their cheese plate to be quite mediocre. The one thing I must say about this place is that they do have an amazing wine selection so if you are a w... view more

Delicious food, great customer service. Sit at the bar!

I adore Tasca. The food is delicious and inventive. It is always piping hot and fresh, and on top of that, the service is always cordial. The waitstaff and bartenders are always willing to answer questions and make suggestions as to what their favorite dishes are. They will also help you out if you have a hard time deciding what you'd like to eat. I would recommend trying to score a seat at the bar if you're eating w... view more

Great tapas, excellent service Try it!!!

I called to check on availability at 4pm on Saturday, and was told that may be I will be able to be seated at 10pm after a show I went to see with 2 other couples. Well, at 10 there were no space available inside, however, outside on the patio there was one corner free, where the owner set up 3 tables together and seated us within 5 minutes. Our waiter was great, attentive and gave us a lot of recommendations, so is ... view more

We had a reservation, but still had to wait about 20 minutes. However, the manager came over several times to check on us and was extremely cordial. The bartender was fantastic - wines were amazing, our group of 5 waited patiently. It makes a huge difference when someone is at least checking on you. After being seated, the waiter took his time and was extremely informative. Having recently moved here from NYC, this i... view more
