Hi, I go to subway for lunch about 3 times a week. Yesterday I purchased a footlong Subway melt with two chocolate chip cookies and a bottled coke. I ate the whole sandwich and decided I would save the cookies for today at work. Well around lunch time I was hungry and remembered I had my cookies to eat. I ate the first one and it tasted good. As i bit into the second cookie I pulled it away from my mouth and realize a hair hanging from it. I thought it was on the bottom of the cookie and I pulled it off. This wouldn't have stopped me from eating the cookie, but when I took a second look I realized they had baked several hairs in the cookie dough. That is when I was disgusted. Now I feel it is my duty to let everyone know how this subway operates. I will no longer eat at Subway and I urge you to stay away from this location. This is the one on the corner of Venice and La Cienega.

I have been eating at Subway about 3 times a week for the past year and on a regular basis for many years. I feel the service and the quality of the food is getting worse every day. Yesterday I bought a subway melt, 2 chocolate chip cookies and a coke. I ate the sandwich drank the coke and save the cookies for a snack today. I ate one cookie and it tasted good. Naturally I was looking forward to the second. I took a bite and as i pulled the cookie away from my mouth I realized there was a hair stuck to the bottom of it. I pulled the hair out and looked at the cookie. I saw there was many more hairs baked into it. It is obvious that a clump of hair was deliberately put into the cookie dough. I went on subway dot com to see what the nutritional value of hair is and found nothing. I will no longer eat at Subway.
