Starbucks Coffee

Worst Starbucks Coffee I've ever had the experience to be in. I was sent in by my boss to make a simple order as usual. Since another Starbucks closer was unable to get to, I chose this one on Wilshire Blvd. As I walked in I could see this place was busy, and finally as I was closer to the register I was asked by a woman with short blonde hair what I'd like, as I was asking for 2 bacon & gouda sandwiches I was cut off and told they don't have any bacon or Swiss. So I then I chose turkey bacon instead. She then asked if I'd like something to drink and as I was telling her my bosses order she kept sighing and had an annoyed look on her face, she then sent me to the large woman with dark hair who then charged my order. I told the cashier I was going to order one more drink and she looked up at me and in a demanding tone said, "what do you want?" I was shocked by her costumer service, I gave her my order and I gave her a not so amused look. I assumed she realized that I wasn't happy with their service after my tone in voice and face changes weren't as greatful as when I first met them. I then waited for my sandwhiches and drinks, they got my bosses drink wrong and then only gave me one sandwich. I then had to go back in line because I wasnt charged for the extra sandwich. The first woman with short hair said she didn't know I wanted two. But she would have know if she remembered when she cut me off, I had said TWO. After I was noticeably unhappy they started to try to be polite, the whole point to this is why is it that someone polite with manners and a smile gets treated like crap and receives bad costumer service, and when I'm not so nice they try harder to have better costumer service. If you don't like where you work then fix it. Don't give bad service to your work place because you're in a bad mood. Leave it at home. I will never return or recommend this store. They were filled with attitude and I don't appreciate it. Please work on your employees customer service before you lose more customers.

My boss called to make a complaint after I returned to work and the woman said she remembers me and that she was sorry, that they were a little overwhelmed. Why didn't I receive that sorry in store? Why did if have to be over a phone call that was made by us? It doesn't matter how overwhelmed you are, this is your job make an effort. Thanks
