On April 30Th I went to this Sprint store 364 S La Cienega BLVD West Hollywood to ask them to give me an advice on the Samsung S2 Galaxy or the Ipone4 and the guy told me the Samsung Galaxy it was the best and fastest phone on the market. I bought the phone and signed the contract for 2 years with them. When I got home I realized I had no Internet signal inside my car, house. Next tuesday I went to the beach and surprised I had no signal! Could not receive calls and if I was receiving these calls got cut off. I was not able to send pictures because no Internet service. It took a day to post one photo on Face book, by email or text. After 3 days I returned to the store again and told them the problem I was having with my phone. I was told to leave the phone for an hour in repair which I did. When I came back to the store the guys told me it was the antenna in my area that was broken and they will repair it within 72 hours. I said OK but be sure they will repait it because Im not going to pay for this bad service you guys are giving to me. Went back home again and the phone continued with the same problem. I returned to the store on May 7 and told them I still had the same problem with the phone and wanted to exchange it because I do not want to risk paying for a phone that It was not good and I was not satisfy with the service I was receiving The person who changed my phone was well rude with me and told me that I no longer would be able to exchange it again because it was only 14 days warranty on the phone even if the it was not working. I went home the phone service on the phone was getting worse. I went to the store today my 16th and I told the guy again that I still having the same problems with the phone and I was so frustrated and having stress because of the service on my phone was so poor and I don't wanted to continue paying for a service I was not using 100%, The guy checked the phone again and took it to the repair guy. Then he told me the problem it was probably my house. I said what the heck are you talking about! I never had this problem with my old smart phone, and I just want to return this phone because is not working that's it! He said he could not do anything since the 14 days warranty on the phone was all ready expired. I asked to speak with a manager who was very rude since he talked to me I told him definitely could not do anything for me because the warranty had already expired. I explained all the problem again to him and that the only thing I was requesting is was to give me a good service or to give me my money back. He totally refused to do so and laughed at me telling me that he could bring all services back to my old phone but I have to keep the Samsung because paid for it and it was my phone not his phone. I asked him for a receipt to confirm I came to the store and he refused it I asked for his business card and he refused to give it to me, he also refused to give me his name. Although I saw his name was Mark. I told him I will going to sue the store and will going to complain to consumer affair he replied that I did not have any right to sue and that did not have any consumer rights because I pay for the phone and I agreed to buy it and to leave the store immediately or otherwise he will put me out by him self.. I came back home with the crap phone and I called costumer service and I was treated the same way. They give me no options, no solutions no rights! I feel very frustrated, disappointed to have to stay with a bad phone service, I have to stay with a company that treated me badly. and having to pay for something that is not worth it. To avoid these same problems I'm having I absolutely do not recommend this store or Sprint service. If you don't want to be treated like a trash as was treated better choose other service or store.
