I was at the clinic recently and a girl named hera helped me she was so kind and nice to me. Always smiling and very patient. She helped me understand everything that I needed to fill out and got me to where I needed to be. Very friendly girl

We would like to notify all patients that Dr. Nabil Khalil is no longer affiliated with the group and St. Luke's Medical Clinic works very hard to satisfy all patients, we provide same day service and provide complementary transportation and we are a family oriented clinic and we accept all HMO, PPO's and we offer various free programs. we work close with the community and churches and provide the best service possible. I was trying to assist a homeless pregnant teen and Cindy at the front desk put up every road block possible for this poor girl. She is heartless, mean spirited and has no business working in health"CARE". Its a poor management decision having a person with that sort of character representing Saint Lukes.



I see that there appears to be a trend with Cindy. My advice to you Cindy is to think about each of your patients as if it was your family member and how you would want them treated. What part of homeless, pregnant or alone teen makes you want to make it difficult for her? Maybe it's time for a career change. You have no business working in a clinic to caters to these type of girls. I will pray for you.

Very bad service starting with the so call "Manager" Cindy.. Its a Family clinic for GOD sakes have some manners!!!
