Root Law Group gets it done!! I've been through E2 plus renewal twice, referred others for their E2s, hired several employees through my company and every time Root Law Group comes through! I've worked with a few people there and they are all good, especially Sean who is very direct and quick to respond. Love working with him. All of them though are very thorough and detailed. Highly recommend!

The most proffesional team I have ever met in California. They are with clients 24/7. For me it is very important that Lawyers answer the phone calls no matter how many times you call them. These guys know their work and support their clients from the first meeting till the end on any case. Another important moment for this group is that they have multilingual  team so almost all nationalities feel free while contact them for consultations or during the whole process of your case. My case with E2 visa as well as my sister's cases were completed on a very high level. He took the time ( more than 1 hour) to answer all our questions ( and they were a LOT) and provided us with all that we needed to get started. I am very happy with how Root Law Group handled my immigration case. They were very professional and got everything taken care of on time. They responded to my calls and emails timely. I recommended their services to my friends and everyone is very happy with them.

Finally I have a time to write review about this company.. I used their service and it was wasted my time and money. I had sign contract for $5500 .. I paid deposit $2500 and rest monthly payments. So.. I had a lawyer there. Don't remember her name now.. ( she was his wife) . It was five years ago. So they had my immigration case. I can't say that they was doing for my case anything.. they just made view that they were working on that.. they always changed my date of hearings on the court and charged me extra $500 for that every time when they was there just for changing date even not for my case.. after two years when I paid out amount of my contract with them they just stopped answer on my calls.. I tried to rich them like a month.. and finally did it .what my surprise was when they told me that my lawyer was quit three months ago and it was during the time when I really needed their help with close my case!! Because of them I lost few years with my legalization in USA. After the while I had a call from them that I didn't pay something in my balance. ( they usually charged me automatically from my card). They asked my card again. I gave them and they charged extra ($350 or $500) ..don't remember now for sure.. it wasn't already matter because I found nice notary who helped me with everything and it cost me five times less then with root law group. So I just didn't want any business with them anymore. What was my surprise few days ago...it is five years after my contract with them!!! Some one was TEXTED me on my phone! Even not call..and said I have some balance to pay???? What?? $6500-$7000 is not enough for nothing??? People PLEASE PLEASE don't go there. You will loose your time and money. Check all filter reviews for them! It is under regular reviews. They filter them specially! I'm sure mine will filter tomorrow too! But maybe someone will find it anyway! Good luck everyone!

WARNING!!!!

If you are looking for an immigration attorney please look elsewhere. This law firm is only after your money and do not even care about your case. There are thousands of other immigration attorneys that sincerely care about your case. You only see Mr. James once and after you hired them, they send you over to their so call experienced paralegals. I hired Mr. James for my husband case and it was one of the biggest mistake I've ever made. Thanks to him, my husband was stuck in his country waiting to submit a paper work that Mr. James said we did not need. They had made several mistakes along with his "experienced" paralegal, David. To begin, they filled the I 601 form wrong, along with the ds260.David then submitted the Affidavit of support (6) times. Yes SIX times!!!! I also let him know that his birth certificate was not translated and it needed to be translated. Well Mr. James just handed me a form for me to do it instead. Really!!! We spend over 5k and they cant even translate the birth certificate??? So what is the point of having an attorney?



After our case got held back for 7 months because they keep filling the affidavit of support wrong, I went into the office and spoke with Mr. James to let him know what was going on. He acknowledge that his law firm had made mistakes and he promised someone will contact me that same day to fill another affidavit of support. Well a couple days went by, a week and finally after the second week I got a call from one of his paralegals. However at the point I had filled the affidavit myself(which got approved at the first try). we then were called into the office so that Mr James can prepare us for our interview. Well he only gave me some documents and when I asked him if the conformation of the ds260 was needed, he stated no. Which in reality we did and that was the reason why My husband was stranded in his country for 2 weeks.



All in all this was a horrible experienced and I will never refer them to anyone

I have known Mr. James Root for over 10 years and have used his immigration services extensively in several different types of cases for my family. Mr. Root does get my highest recommendation as an immigration attorney for his niche skills, foresight into immigration laws and regulations, tactful approach to immigration cases, quick turn around time in meeting deadlines, personable staff and a very high quality of customer handing expertise that I have experienced with every member of his staff.
