I see all these people writing negative comments but perhaps you all don't see your negative mind set.
These people at Reliable do what they can and put effort in their work. The manager Jose is professional and is about results. Ana is great and on point.

Having talked to Crystal recently on my unpaid work situation, she had told me
that I wasn't going to get paid because the clients just wanted to see if I could do the work. I had mentioned that it was direct training for the position and I know for a fact that employers are still expected to pay even then. It's illegal in California to leave work or even training which fell under the criteria unpaid. Now having told her that, she shifted gears and started snapping at me, questioning why I didn't stop the training if it was unexpected? Like this lady doesn't understand that out of respect, I'm not going to ask an employer to let me go had the interview stayed as an interview. Two hours in is when I realized they were actually training me for the job itself and they weren't going to stop training me.
She tried to keep putting the blame on me when I finally told her I was gonna let her go but I'll be contacting the labor commissioner to take care of this.

This is the place to go if your work credit is not to good. The staff is real with life. Friendly and vary good at finding u a job but patience is the key....
