I ordered customized acrylic invitation boxes for bat mitzvah presents many times over the past 10 years from this company while they were located in West Los Angeles and was always very happy. I hadn't done business with them in a few years and went to a lot of trouble locating them - - as they had moved and the google search address was incorrect (as is the address on citysearch - - they are located in Lancaster, CA). I spoke to the general manager, Lloyd, who assured me that they could still produce the customized boxes - - he even sent me specification drawings. The cost was $367 for two boxes. Long story short after waiting 7 weeks and making many many phone calls to Lloyd to find out what was taking so long (the bat mitzvahs had long since passed), they sent me two non-customized boxes that they just unscrewed the lids and dropped the invitations in - - something I could have done myself if I wanted to give a gift worth about $20 each. Throughout this experience Lloyd refused to take my calls, nor would he return my calls. He is a liar and a crook, as well as everyone else who works there, including Justin and Chris.
