Really happy with the matte black cards they printed for me, the color is nice and dark and the silver metallic ink just looks perfect.

Worst online sales transaction EVER experienced. I wish I had researched Plastic Card Experts before placing my order. There are several negative reviews and BBB complaints against this company. Robert Jussaume is the only person at Plastic Card Experts, and is by no means an expert in printing. He has no actual printing facility and outsources everything to Hong Kong which takes three times as long to receive items. I'm all for a small businessman trying to make a go of it, but if you habitually lie to customers and provide poor quality products, then you need to close shop (if you actually had one).

After countless emails and phone calls for my order, I FINALLY received my order a month after originally promised, but it was completely unusable due to the poor quality. He promised to reprint the order on several occasions via email, but never sent replacements. My credit card company did a charge-back and I received a full refund, but I wanted to spare others from this ordeal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I'm pretty sure all the positive reviews below are bogus. Notice they have no other reviews for any other businesses? Robert wrote 5 excellent reviews for himself over a two day period.

They really have great prices for the work they do.... I was able to get my gift cards down to $299.00 for 1000, and the work was really top notch. I had them use some full color graphics from my designer, and they took care of everything that was needed to run on our Aldelo POS system. I will be reordering from them in the fall. The cards take a couple of weeks.. but were definitely a superior product compared to others I have bought for our coffee shop in the past.

I had them create some frosted business cards for our salon and spa. They came out really beautiful. Have them put a white backer behind the color ink... we used that option, and it really made the color ink parts pop off the card. I liked the weight of the cards too... they are nice, just like a credit card... really different than just having plain old paper business cards.. the frosted cards are elegant.

I got the cards when they were on sale for $199.00 per 1000. Ran great on my Micros POS system, just like expected. I like the thickness of the cards. They were just like a credit card finish, with the same rounded corners and full color printing on both sides. Next time I'll order more. Their prices at around 5000 are well under any other company I could find on the internet.

Was really happy with the quality of their gift cards... we use a lot of photography on our stuff, and I've had others come out not as crisp or colorful. The cards took a couple of weeks... but worth it for the good price, and plus they helped us with our design work for free. I've gotten a lot of nice compliments on our gift cards. Thanks guys!

I know there are a few bad reviews about this company, but this was my experience. I ordered them before Thanksgiving for my business and did not receive them on the date promised, so I searched the internet and saw these reviews and the BBB reports. Of course I felt bad and thought that I may never receive my cards! I called the owner, Rob, and he called me back and said that there was a delay due to the holidays and assured me that I will receive them in a week. As promised, he sent them to me Express mail and the cards were perfect! I had a good experience with this company and hope that others will find my review helpful. They also have the best rates for gift cards. I will be doing business with them again.

Great product... cards came out vibrant and sharp... in full color on plastic. I use them as referral cards for my clients in my chiropractic office. They get a discount, and the friend gets a discount everytime they refer someone new. Their prices are the best, and to top it off they designed everything for free! No other printer offered me free design... that saved me $50 bucks right there.
