Pico Medical Rents & Sells

Every time I need something for my mom,sister,grandmother and so on , I always come to this store, besides being local they have everything I'm looking for and if they dont have it in the store they would special order it for me and ship it to my house. Extremely happy with this store =)

First off, this store location has one of the biggest store locations i have ever seen in a medical store! It was very clean and well stocked with stuff! I went in for my grandmother because she started having trouble making it to the bathroom in time. I went in and the lady i spoke to knew all there is to know about diaper pull ups! I walked out of there more comfortable knowing we don't have to stop every 5 minutes for my grandma to go to the bathroom. Thanks Pico Medical!!

Wow what can i NOT say about this wonderful company!! When my mom was sick a couple years back, they really helped me a lot with all her medical needs! they are also GREAT listeners!! its not like your talking to a machine! they are real people too and they hear about people being sick all the time so they are very knowlegable in what i needed before i even knew what i needed!! THANK YOU SO MUCH PICO MEDICAL!!

I want to say Thank Youuuuuuhhh!!! To the guys and gals at this store. They get super busy at times but still take care of business. The first time I went to this place, the young guy and girl answered my questions without hesitation and gave me the information I needed to get a walker for my grandparents. I'm very grateful for their service and hard work! Keep it up, you guys!

I want to replace my powerchair wheel and ask for a quote, the technician gave me the quote in about a week and I had to paid half of the price to them before they order it. The expeted day is about two weeks and they said they will call me when the order is arrived. I wait about 2 months and noboyd call me. I called in on a Friday morning and the girl said she need to check and told me she will call me back in an hour. However, no follow up call the whole Friday! I then need to call them again the next Monday (they don't onpen on weekends). Another guy told me that the order had some problem, and I should wait till the factory ship to them. What a store!!!

When I was 13 years old I came in to get my first pair of crutches, I had just been diagnosed with Polio. I'm now 73 & still patronize this store. In a era that business don't stick around its nice to know they're there for me whenever I need them & fun to see the friendly faces.

Pico Medical has been a part of the community since 1925 and their service has been great! They've helped me with my parents needs and are now helping with mine. I am very happy with the service I've received from their knowledgeable staff.
