I learned of this clinic from the Los Angeles Rabbit Foundation when I adopted my first rabbit eight years ago. They recommended this place as the go-to vet clinic for rabbit care. I've continued to bring my rabbits here for years now and they have always received top-notch medical attention from Dr. Jasmine Flannigan. I have a senior rabbit struggling with arthritis, (he's going on 10 yrs), and I love how gentle and attentive Jasmine is with him. The staff is super-friendly and I have...view more always been able to see the vet the day I call if it's an emergency. I drive from Hollywood to bring my animals here and I wouldn't trust any other place.view less

Excellent! Dr. Schwartz found the cause of my cat's illness after 6 years of taking her to other vets! I drove 6 hours there and back because he was recommended by a friend and I'm glad. He was wonderful, explaining everything and letting me stay with my cat during her procedure. I was able to hold her inbetween her tests -- it's amazing they let people in the treatment room. I could oversee everything and my cat was treated well. Dr. Schwartz is way more savvy than anyone else. He eve...view moren returned my calls on holidays. He's very caring and I'm so glad my cat is finally getting help! If we had gone to him sooner, my cat wouldn't have had irreparable damage caused by 6 years of the wrong treatment at other places. She's in good hands now!view less
Overland killed my dog. Worse than than, he suffered for months with a treatable disease because they did not properly diagnose him. By the time a competent vet examined him and reviewed his history, it was too late.
The pain of losing my dog and feeling that I failed him cannot be described.
On top of incompetent vets, most of the technicians are rude, incompetent and manhandle the animals.
My dog suffered for months while his very diagnosable and treatable disease was left untreated. All I got were shrugs from Dr. Schwartz. I had so much built up trust for Dr. Schwartz. I just cannot believe what happened to my precious dog.
There were signs that something was just very wrong. Someone else posted that she had the same feeling. I could never get a diagnosis for this festering illness. It was always about treating the symptoms. We all know how well that works.
I took our cat to them after being very dissatisfied with our previous vet. The cat was quite ill at this point. Both vets who I saw took a lot of time in examining the animal and did a fantastic job of describing exactly what was happening, what they were doing and what we needed to watch for. Unfortunately, the cat was too sick and ended up being put to sleep to prevent him from unnecessarily suffering. They were extremely sensitive about this process, and even lit a candle at th...view moree reception. Also, they did not try to run up the bills. My experience with them was extremely positive.view less
They were supposed to spay my dog. Instead they accidentally tied off her bowels. This caused her to die a slow and horrible death. Fortunately, I took her to another vet just before she died. This other vet did the autopsy and found what this vet from Overland had done. Overland didn't even apologize. They were horrible.\r
I have a diabetic cat and been treated at this clinic for about a year. Every visites I made, I asked a vet if I shoud change my cat's diet. The owner vet always gave me the same answer saying
"" Not nesassary, just sitck with dry diet."" So, I have fed my diabetic cat the same dry food and continued to five 5 unites of insulin. But I felt someting was so wrong about my Vet, who is a owner there by the way. Thanks to my instinct, I took my sick cat to some clinic at Santa Monica, ...view moreand a vet suggested me to feed canned food. After visiting to the vet at Santa Monica only
3 times, i was told that my cat no longer need insulin ! All my cat needed was to swich diet!! Well, now i know why the vet at overland clinic never wanted me to swich my cat's diet. That would be the end of my expensive vet visit! The vet at this clinic was waiting for my cat to have kidney disease, which is a common complication of diabetes. Avoid it at any cost!view less
I have visited several times at this clinic. People at the front desk are so rude. Every time I call in to make an appointment over the phone, I get very shabby treatment. What is worse, they do not keep patient's medical record right. Wrong contact info, Wrong numbers on test result, and etc. Even I asked to update and correct my info, they never didi.
I made an appointment for my cat, who is 16, and is suffering from a problem that makes her back legs lock up and it is very frightening to witness...I made an appointment...on the books !!! I arrived and was taken at my time--this happens, but I waiting in the lobby why others, who seemed like repeat clients, simply walked in and were seen--THEY DID NOT HAVE APPOINTMENTS. I continued to wait while my 16 year old cat stayed in her box next me FOR 45 MINUTES. I witness the dr. talk...view more over and over again about the same thing to one of his ""repeat"" clients, while I had to wait and observe...I told the receptionist that they had five minutes before they lost my business...I called friends to ask who they take their pets to, and I found several within 10 minutes who were willing to take me because of the condition of my cat--and remember, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT !!! Needless to say, I was not going to leave my cat in her box any longer than neccessary--THEY LOST MY BUSINESS AND YOU SHOULD NOT GIVE THEM YOURS !!!view less
