A group of 4 ordered dinner for delivery. The woman taking the order kept putting me on hold and asking me to repeat the order. It was a slow night, yet the food took over an hour to arrive. When it finally arrived, the it was cold and we were missing an entree. I called to notify them we needed the missing item which we had already paid for. When it arrived, they had the nerve charged me AGAIN! They had no breakdown of the bill, and kept insisting we hadn't paid for it and it was our fault. This was on top of a $10 tip I gave to the delivery guy because I didn't want him to suffer at the hands of a terrible manager. I called the manager and went through the list of items we ordered, all the while tabulating the items on my computer figuring in sales tax. She argued with me for over 15 minutes via and refused to rectify the situation. It's a shame a $12 item that only costs them $2 to produce, COST them 4 regular customers! In fact, when I checked with my credit card company today, Mandarette had in fact charged me TWICE for the missing item! I'm shocked, appalled and dismayed at their behavior!! I would recommend staying far away from this low class establishment!
