Feel like a kid again

My fiance took me here for my birthday earlier this year and I had a blast. We had dinner and saw as many shows as we could. We didn't stay at the hotel but I hear it's nice. The magic was top notch. I tried and tried to figure out how they were doing some of the things they did and just couldn't figure it out. I will definitely be going back again sometime!

Not sure about hotel

Went here once to see the magic. The food was VERY expensive and you have to eat it. But it's an experience everyone in LA has to do once. A true LA ""must."" I'm sure the hotel is great for tourists, but I've never been.

unique warmth in customer service

From the front desk, to the room attendants, everyone was exceptionally welcoming, warm and friendly, surely something I didn't expect on my first visit to Hollywood. My teenaged daughter and I felt so at home at Magic Castle, and will stay again.

Close to everything!

This is by far the best deal in Hollywood! Free snacks, Free internet & Free heated pool! It is close to everything in Hollywood, the Kodak, Graumans, The Walk Of Fame, Universal Studios, CBS, Beverly Hills & the Subway!! How can you go wrong?

Best Service Ever!!!!

The staff at the Magic Castle Hotel are amazing. They make every effort to ensure you have a wonderful stay and are very knowledgable about the City and locations of places. We recently visited with a large group for the national championship game, and the staff decorated the lobby with our team colors for when we returned. It was fantastic! I had a wonderful experience and will return for another visit soon!

Friendly and accommodatiing

I've stayed here several times, though not with my family, since I was here for the purpose of going to The Magic Castle, but I've witnessed the fun families with children have been having. Convenient and comfortable

This hotel is great if you are planning on doing the Hollywood Blvd. experience. It is literally a block away, which is great because you can walk around and don't have to travel far to get back. Superb service

I stayed here for one night. It was my husband's birthday and there was a small cake waiting for us, which was a surprise to both of us. I'd asked for the nicest room they had - they gave us a free upgrade to a suite. They allowed us to check out an hour later for no fee. Gross Hotel

This was a terrible experience. Their website misleads you to think it is really nice and close to everything.
