Let's face it,car buying isn't anyone's favorite thing to do. But when we as a buyers come prepared, do our research,we can then contribute to making the experience more enjoyable.
Ashley was my contact she went above and beyond in answering my questions.She and Dan came listened to me gave options, Dan even schooled me on how it works. Never once did they dismiss me. Let me think. in the end I got the car I wanted. price & percentage to my liking. signed papers with Jason. He was helpful & quick. Even suggested where to get great insurance . They all were "Ritz Carlton " caliber! I was greeted with a smile,offered coffee and had a fond farewell.
I had a bit of buyer scare the next day. Text Ashley. She answered my concerns at least 3 times. Showed me how we came to the end results. Talked me off the ledge.
I am happy with my Kia Soul. I am beyond happy and grateful to Ashley,Dan and Jason for making it a fantastic,educational experience. I will definitely send people to you.

Khallil was very helpful and suggested service needed for my vehicle. Leslie is so friendly, smiling and managing the vehicles entering. Shuttle service offered to waiting customer. Cashier was helpful in letting me know how I could arrange shuttle. Friendly wait area with snacks. Overall I enjoy coming to kia of dtla for service.

Can I give them ZERO stars? Worst customer service ever. Let me start off by sharing our first experience with Kia. My wife and I decided to purchase an economic car for her to drive to work everyday. We looked at the Kia Forte because we weren't looking to spend a lot of money. We arrived at the dealership and a sales rep offered to assist us. We explained what we were looking for and we told him from the beginning we were looking for a base model Forte because we weren't looking to spend a lot of money. He pointed at a car and we told him we were interested in a test drive. Said he would be right back with the keys. 30 minutes later he had not returned so we went looking for him and found him assisting another customer. We felt extremely aggravated and disappointed by his lack of customer service that we decided to leave without bringing this to the attention of anyone.





Fast forward to a month later and we passed by the dealership again (it's on our way home) This time we saw a used Toyota Scion. We decided to give them another chance. After negotiations we decided to buy the car. When we purchased the car they gave us a certificate that guaranteed us free oil changes for life. Seemed too good to be true and it was. 2 weeks ago I brought the car for its second service and everything seemed fine until today.



My wife was driving the car this morning and on her way to work the check engine light came on, the oil light came on and the car completely shut off leaving her stranded. She checked the oil level and it was completely empty. We had the car towed to their service department. I dealt with Jay who by the way has zero customer service skills. He explained that there was a leak which caused the oil to drip out. This was caused when the oil was changed 2 weeks ago. The oil filter seal ripped which was caused by excessive force being used when the filter was installed.



Jay took no responsibility for what the service department did. My wife drove the car 50 miles everyday to work while the oil was dripping out for 2 weeks. He never apologized and spoke to me in a condescending tone. I asked if there was any damage to the engine and he said no. Told him if he was so sure I wanted to see it in writing that nothing would happen to the engine as a result of this. He refused. I now have to take my car to a certified Toyota dealer and have it inspected by them because I do not trust a word they said to me.



Word of advice? Do NOT deal with these people. It's not worth the headaches.

I DID MY SHOPPING AROUND AND THIS DEALER WAS THE BEST PRICES IN SO CAL I AM VERY HAPPY WIH MY CAR THE CUSTOMER SERVICES WAS VERY GOOD HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A KIA THIS WOULD BE THE PLACE TOO GO WHATEVER I ASKED FOR THEY HAD ANY COLOR AND TRIM I WANTED THEY HAD IT IT WAS FAST AND EASY
