Grace Hospice, Inc is a licensed California-based healthcare agency providing nursing services in homes, skilled nursing facilities and board and care facilities to terminally ill individuals certified as such by their physicians, and are living within a 50-mile radius from our office. Our corporate headquarters is located at 1711 W. Temple St., CA 90026 Los Angeles Ste. 3614 Grace Hospice, Inc was incorporated in March, 2003. Key people include Seung-Ho Choi, M.D., President and CEO, Amelda Huliganga, Vice President and Chief Finance Officer, John Thropay, M.D., Medical Director, Ma. Luz Garcia, R.N., Administrator/Director of Patient Care Services and Filomeno Alcaide, Jr., Office Manager. On May 18, 2006, Grace Hospice, Inc received accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Organization (JCAHO). It received its Medicare and Medi-Cal certification simultaneously effective the above date as well. Grace Hospice, Inc is a member of National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHCPO). Grace Hospice, Inc offers its services to patients and their families a package of symptom management, pain control, emotional and spiritual support, social workers, home health aides-caregivers, physical therapy, occupational therapy and podiatry, right in their own home.
