for your sake i hope you DONT use this company or the subsidiary Air Tkt.com. i have been misled by them and couldnt get through their customer support lines. It cost me about $400.

I will NEVER use this company again. Customer service was horrible. I got transferred 10 different times and every one of them were rude. Our flight was rescheduled and the company did not bother to notify us. They had booked us on another flight and we had no idea. This is not the kind of stress that is needed the night before the flight.

crooks liars and thieves. worst than the federal government. i ordered a ticket online and then needed to make a change on the return date. they wanted $475 while the price on the internet is still the same. they are scammers and just want your money. i have now contacted the state attorney's office in los angeles and filed a report. trying to get a refund so i can book with someone else. they also lie and say your ticket will be emailed to you but it never is. they will charge you for a cancellation fee. they are indians that speak broken english and when you call back the 10th time, the give you an english name. i asked one what his name was and he said "frank". what a joke. these people should be put in jail. customer service is horrible. they hang up on you when they cannot understand your english.

OK, Here is my detail review and I hope it'll help people to rest assure with airtkt's excellent service. I swear to God that I am their first time customer and just feel like it is my due to write a review to thank them and to help other people to be confident If you select this site.
I came across airtkt from Bookingbuddy. They offered the unbelievably lowest price ($500 cheaper than any other sites for 2 tickets to Asia).(NOT Always cheapest though: I checked back today and my good price was no longer available on airtkt either)..So in some sense, I am lucky!
Anyway,I clicked on their website, called their toll free number to make sure there are some one REAL at the other end. Just like ANY customer service phone line, I was on hold for about 3 minutes until an [Yeah] [probably] Indian rep answered my question about their company.
I felt better and proceeded my booking online. An email confirmation came right after I finished paying, along with the instruction of calling them back from my phone to confirm my credit card purchase.I did exactly that and was good to go.(and yes, it was another 2 to 3 minute on hold with that phone call)
With the confirmation from airtkt, I can go directly on Delta to check and select my seats after probably an hour.
The E-tickets number were also officially sent to my email 5 hours after my purchase with detail itinenary, and ticket prices (Break down in detail: Tax/service fee...)
Airtkt service fee was ONLY $36, and for me, it is too little for what they had helped me to save!
About people complaining about Cancellation fee ...please think straight before saying harsh and mean words....the $400 cancellation each ticket is from THE AIRLINE, not from the ticket agency. All they got from you is $36 which clearly stated on your bank statement also. Consider all odd and end before clicking that damn "confirm button" then you will save money and whole load of headache.
Good luck with your travelling, and definitely I will go back to airtkt in the future if they offer any excellent deal like what I got. -

Here is the latest stunt by Cheap Fare Guru. It involves the cancelled 787 flights. I bought 2 United tickets on a 787 flight through CheapFare Guru. When I called United to change the flights, United was unable to do it because the tickets were sold as "bulk" to the travel agencies, so the cost of the tickets was not in the United computer system and therefore the agent could change to it to match whatever. So I have to go through the travel agency to facilitate the changes by providing the info to United. The agent told me there should not be any problems and the travel agency should be glad to do it because of the contract they have with United.
I sent an e-mail to CheapFare Guru, requesting an ASAP response. Did not get a reply. So I called. The first time I called and stated my problem, I got cut off after being told to hold. I called again. This time, the person told me there are no canceled flights by ANA. (I'd personally called ANA and was told the flights were canceled from 3/31 until June). He kept arguing that the ANA flights should be fine and no flights were changed. I persisted.
Finally, he asked what flights I wanted to change. He said he would e-mail United for the changes and it would take a week; he couldn't wait to get off the phone. Why would it take a week when he could just call ?
It is very obvious the consumer protection laws required for travel agencies had been violated in several arenas.
I had to give it a one star otherwise the website would not upload my review. -

STAY AWAY! Eros Travel charged me a $425 cancellation fee on a one way flight booking. All I wanted to do is change the date to 3 days earlier.. which would take 3 clicks with the mouse! They told me the airline charges them for changes... When I contacted the airline they did not even have the booking yet.. because all this (The change) happened within 1 hour.. (And there was a very personal reason to change the date, as my mother in law was dying!) So, needless to say will NEVER use EROS TOURS also known as AIRTKT.com ...

Glad to see others had better experiences, but mine wasn't so pleasant.
Trying to have any sort of constant conversation with their customer service has been absolutely stressful. I understand the need to be put on hold, but as soon it seemed like nearly every time I was put on hold, a different correspondent would pick up and I'd have to start the process all over. Probably would have been fine if I didn't have to change my tickets, but as if that weren't stressful enough, the process I'm going through just to try and get to a person who can help me is a challenge in of itself.
Will definitely book through another agency in the future. -

Please do NOT buy tickets from this company or you will be HARASSED! I bought 2 tickets from them ( and I am so regretted) and my credit card was charged right away. Then somebody from overseas ( b/c I could not understand him at all) called me and asked me if he could charge my cr.card $10 fee. I said no of course. Then I received a confirmation email for names and flight and the date which I replied to it right away . Since then they kept calling me every single night ( 12:00 am)and wake me and my husband up and say " check your email "! I mentioned that it is midnight and hung up but Kali kept calling till I had to turn my phone off. So if you do not want to wake up w/a headache DO NOT buy from them.

They did the same thing to me. This company tried to screw me out of first 300 dollars and then 150 dollars for a ticket cancellation. I cancelled through United, but they still sent me confirmation on billing. They are super shady.

This place is absolute garbage!
This place is absolute garbage!!!! Stay away at all costs. The "customer service" is horrendous, and every single person I talked to has been extremely rude. I had issues with trying to switch flights (usually a $150 fee) However, talking to American Airlines, they say if the change is made within 24 hours of booking the fee is waived. Eros insisted that I cannot change it without the fee because they get charged the $150. On the other hand, the American Airlines representatives said that is not true and they can have the fee waived. They just try and take your money and are not helpful at all. Their responses are to call the airlines and have them take care of it. They also tell you that they need to speak with you before booking the flight and have you confirm, but they did none of that and went ahead to book the flight. This business is so shady and nobody can speak english. I have tried to call them at least 10 times and have been put on hold for 20 minutes at a time or hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Eros Tours and Travel available at AirTkt.com did a great job helping me and my husband coordinate a trip that was complicated by our own situation. We had planned a trip to Chicago and had already made our flights to and from Chicago and booked time off work. Unfortunately my husband’s schedule for a presentation at his office changed which lead to the change in the trip schedule. We were unable to commit to the tour schedules and locations until two weeks before the trip, when his office schedule was announced. AirTkt.com helped us getting us booked on 2 weeks’ notice. The flight arrangements were planned immaculately. I am glad that I choose Eros Tours and Travel. The cost for the trip was actually less than if I had booked the flight myself. Don't use them.
Don't use them. I was issued an airline credit and Euros would not return it to me. Put on hold for hours and then disconnected. Tried several times and received the same treatment. Will pay an extra $10 for my ticket and deal with a reputable company.

I chose Airtkt.com to plan a holiday in Paris. That was probably the first time when I was heading to Paris or a European destination. I spoke to Adam for a long time and I told him all I wanted and hoped for. It was so good of him that I got the airline schedule and rates mailed in my inbox in a matter of few minutes or. He helped me to save a lot of valuable time. Since the first trip to Paris as per the personalized itinerary given by Adam, I must say that I was quite impressed and now whenever I need to travel to a foreign destination I choose Eros Tours & Travel Inc straight away.
