Exceptional customer service
I am pleased with the service I received. I had a virus for over a year that I could not get rid of, but they did not stop trying until they were able to fix my computer! They even made suggestions to help make my computer run better than before. They called to let me know the status of my computer and even called to make sure I was happy with the end result. I'd recommend them in an instant. The technicians are very computer savvy and friendly. I enjoyed working with them.

When we used E-Geniuses for the first time, they cleaned up our main computer, as well as our Laptop, getting rid of viruses and unnecessary programs. The technicians are punctual in their maintenance “clean ups”. They check with us as to the best time to do the maintenance. When we need a question answered - - they are handy to have around. This company was recommended by our neice, JoAnna. So happy she did.

“I want to let everybody know how fantastic the E-Geniuses Technician was. He has helped me numerous times with my computer, when it has completely crashed, when there are icky thing on it (virus, etc) and has always been available if I have had a question about anything. In fact let me tell you how dedicated he is to helping his customers. He even came on Thanksgiving Day! I type medical reports at home and my computer died. I was freaking out, not knowing what I was going to do when a friend of mine mentioned he knew a good company that fixes computers. Well he called and the technician came over to my house on Thanksgiving Day and fixed my computer. Let me tell you, it was a lot of work on his part. He always has a smile on his face and takes the time to tell you (in words that we would understand) what is going on with our computer. I cannot say enough good things about him, only if you ever need anything done to your computer, an E-Geniuses Technician is the person to do it. The technicians are reliable, very HONEST and will not rip you off. I could go on and on, but it would take forever to tell you how special the technicians at E-Geniuses are.”

Trustworthy Technicians
I had a problem with my computer and the technician came to service my computer on Thanksgiving! He always had a smile and was willing to explain, in words we understand, what was going on with the computer. He fixed the problem. The prices aren't the cheapest, but it's definitely worth the service you get. I ended up signing up with a monthly maintenance plan with them.
