Dream Spa

I've been going to Korean spas for many years now and I've had really good experiences. I've visited this spa for a couple of years now anytime that I'm in LA to visit family since my mother and sister like to frequent this particular location. It's a clean place they have all the basic amenities that all korean spas have, my family and I have enjoyed coming here. Today we visited this spa and as it came time to close we experienced not only the worse customer service that I have ever seen but the worse case of discrimination. The spa closes at 10:00pm a couple of minutes after my mother and I where on our way to the showers to get ready to leave when the lady running the front desk came up to us and in a loud annoyed voice yelled across the room "are you still here we close at 10:00 and I want to go home get your stuff and get out" needless to say this was a shock and I responded I'm sorry I didn't know but you can be a little nice about it and the insults just kept coming. Now, I have to point out that the spa was full of people some drying their hair, putting their clothes on and some even in the showers, this is why I say that this was a case of discrimination because we were the only two non koreans and the only ones that received the awful treatment. I think that it's needless to say that I will not be returning (as I stated to the attendant and she said that it was perfect to not come back). If you are reading this please go to one of the many other spas in LA don't be the next target of discrimination.
