Ms. Courtney was upset because after 2 years and a half after purchasing a pair of glasses, bought on 5/19/207 for the amount of $400. wanted a refund of $600. for her broken glasses, that had bean stepped on. She was extremely persistent on demanding a refund. Unfortunately it was not possible to refund Courtney any money, too much time had gone by.
