I live in the apartmetns and the lack of hot water for nearly a week was the last straw and I have to write this review. The management has not responded to repeated emails and on the 3 visits to the office I was told the only person with any authority was ""in budget meetings"". The leasing office is purely sales and will not assist with any problems. This is not the first water problem. Earlier in the year, the water was shut off completely for 5 consecutive Wednesdays (in the south tower at least). I often work from home and that was a problem. There have been bed bugs on my floor, the elevators are constantly broken and the common areas are not kept clean. The dishwasher and toilet have been ""fixed"" numerous times but 3 weeks later the problem comes back.\r \r Bottom line - You can do better
I had an appointment to visit the Studio City property. When I showed up, no one responded to the intercom or the phone number. The want the potential renters to call if they can't make the appointment, however, they will not do the same for you. If demand and expect professional service from your professional management company they are the one for you. They eventually called a few days later to apologize, however, it was too little too late.
