Not sure about other people's experiences with delivery but when I went there the other evening my food was incredible, the service was quick and polite. Going back tonight so it will be interesting to see if last week was just a fluke or the real deal.

I agree with whoever wrote the previous email! After the last two times I made delivery orders from there and they forgot things I specifically requested, this time I said 'can you please make sure they put extra dressings with my salad, you forgot the last few times and one tiny dressing is not enough, I will pay extra for them or whatever I have to do to make that happen'. She assured me they would be there but of course, they weren't when they were delivered. When I called back to ask them to deliver as I requested, the manager named Niki seemed irritated to have to send a driver back out. Then she called back to say they would come deliver them but they were gonna charge me $3. I said 'this was your mistake and now an inconvenience for me, I think you should do the right thing and not charge me.' She wasn't willing. So I told her to refund my salad and have the driver come deliver my receipt to me tonight, and went around another few minutes trying to fight her to bring me my receipt!!!! This manager Niki was so rude!!!! I eat there all the time and spend hundred of dollars there....I really hope her $3 was worth losing hundreds...My friends now will never eat there again to. Shame on you for running your business like this!!!!!

where do i start with this crap hole?? the food is terrrrrrrible. only thing worse than the food is the customer service (or lack thereof). i placed an order online, and not only did i include specific condiment request in the initial order but ALSO made a special note in instructions for delivery person. best part is, when we asked the delivery guy about the requested condiments (which were clearly written TWICE on our receipt) he shrugged his shoulders and blamed the oversight on the people at the restaurant and said there was nothing he could do about it. intelligence and attention to detail are clearly not important qualities that Berri's Cafe management looks for when hiring employees. OVERPRICED. DISGUSTING FOOD. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The one good thing about this place is being open late. Everything else is horrible. It's over priced to begin with and worse when you call in and they proceed to tell you over the phone they raised their prices. When you ask for the break down it turns out to be a 50% increase. The cheese pizza went from $8.99 to $14.99. I figured I'd agree but asked for the driver to bring me a new menu. Upon my food arriving the menu attached was the exact one I had with the cheese pizza at $8.99. When I called back I was told the prices had gone up but they were instructed to continue handing out the old menus. Don't go here.

I am a big fan of this cafe. We order a couple times a month and it's always good. They recommend the lobster but my favorite is the margarita.
This place sucks. The waiter actually stole my phone !

Berris pizza IS AWESOME. I have been ordering from there for 2 years now. I love it unfortunately, every time I order delivery it literally takes 10-15 minutes....Are they busy? I wish this was the case....Do they hire mentally challenged people? I wish this was case. NO FOLKS. THEY HIRE IDIOTS WHO CAN'T TAKE A SIMPLE ORDER...I have tolerated this for 2 years now but today I went postal...10 minutes trying,10 minutes failing at taking an order. They can not comprehend the most simple instructions. Obviously it's pissed me off so much I'm taking the time to write about it.

Went there for breakfast. The setting was just like a cool French cafe. Great affordable food. Amazing service!! I heard that it was a total different story at night and it was. Wow what a scene..\r \r

Second time watching soccer at Berri's. Today was Brazil- Netherlands and all supporters where for the warm climate. Good vibe and great dancing by the way.

So, I made an attempt at finding a new place to order from and am familiar with Berry's. I ordered a small pizza last night and a salad and got billed 43.00!!! When I called to bring up the issue I was immediatly brushed off by the waiter/waitresses that answered the phone. When I finally mentioned that I will dispute the charges with my bank that is when the ball started rolling. \r When I finally got ahold of someone in charge- Not even sure if he was. He basically told me what I had ordered when I hade not. First off. My pizza was cold when it was delivered- it was so soggy in the middle the cardboard was stuck, Literally stuck, to the bottom cheese portion. I say cheese portion because it was so thin, there was not a crust fragment in site in this region. There were literally 3 jalepeno's on my pizza. \r \r Its just the worst. Save yourself the agony from the worst service- over priced paper thin pizza known to man. Trust me. Its not worth it and will leave you with a headache trying to figure out why.

I usually dont write reviews but I was reading the last review and thought it would only be fair to give my opinion. First of all, Ive been to Berri's Pizza and their pizza is, by no means, ""Tiny."" As a matter of fact. it's huge (20'), thin crust and yummy. My favorite is the portobello mushroom pizza and I am salivating just thinking about it. It does get a little crazy late at night but this is, definitely, my go to place for pizza. My kids are big fans too!
I REALLY LIKED THE FOOD :) BUT I DIDNT LIKE THE STAFF:(.

My roommate and I just ordered a barely luke warm pizza from Berri's on Third Street and it was awful. We payed $21 for a TINY pizza that tasted like cardboard with a small amount of sauce and cheese on it. It was so dry and not even hot. I can't believe they can charge that amount of money for this crappy pizza. I called to let them know how bad it was and the girl was rude and snotty. We really thought it was going to be very good!\r \r I will not be eating here again!\r If you want a really awesome pizza, call Rocco's on Wilshire. They are so fast! They are amazing and inexpensive.

I just ordered the Lobster Pizza from Berri's and as others have said, it is good! The sauce is a creamy lobster bisque with little chunks of shrimp atop the pizza. The dough is thin and with a perfectly crisp crust. I live inside Park LaBrea, so delivery there was $5.00. Very reasonable. It takes 45 minutes for the Lobster Pizza but I didn't feel that I waited that long. It came just in time. Highly recommend the pizza. Well, the Lobster Pizza as I haven't had any other items from them. But, if the same detail and care is placed with the other pizza's as the Lobster Pizza, then I think you won't go wrong.

Something about the unmentioned $12.00 delivery charge to bring a cold pizza 1.12 miles rubbed me the wrong way...it was a downhill ride from there. Let it suffice to say that I gave them a second chance, and went hungry on that attempt. Why order from Berri's when you have Damiano's or Enzo's on weekends, or any of a number of other late night delivery options?

Best (maybe only??) lobster pizza in town. My husband and I have become regulars in just a few short weeks. They keep getting and then losing their liquor license so bring a bottle of wine from home and have your waiter open it for you. Just don't go too late at night. Although they are open late night, the scene becomes a little rambunctious after 1 am.

I recently discovered this place late one night after partying and now I order delivery from this place almost every weekend. The food is amazing and they always come within 30 minutes. I have to recommend the lobster pizza, it is lobster bisque as a pizza and is absolutely to die for! All of their food is delicious, it is hard to find great italian food that delivers, my delivery menu's consist of mainly indian, chinese, japanese, and thai. It is expensive, but totally worth it. Urth Cafe, now that place is overpriced. Berri's is a true find.
