I would give this building and its management negative stars if the option was available. Manager is shifty and complex is disgusting. Any complaints of any kind are ignored and manager makes no effort to make repairs, instead blames tenants. Apartment shares an alley with restaurants in neighboring plaza, and wafts of oil from the restaurant and dumpsters pervades the apartment so that doors cannot be left open and balconies cannot be enjoyed. Do not live here.
