Went to this branch, they had horrible service. I've been with Bank of America for 24 years and they have finally pushed me over the edge with their poor customer service.
I wanted a simple transaction to be completed, cashing a check and because the guy at the counter was new, instead of calling over the manager who has known me for years, he rudely answered that he will not assist me... Yes, its true that I did not have my ID, but if the manager would have been alerted, he would have confirmed my identity.
Long story short, why can't they have people working behind the counter who know a thing or two about customer service...
I am leaving Bank of America because they clearly don't know how to treat long term customers, and by the way, I am a private banking customer.
Thanks for the horrible service.
