I have four months lift before my contract is up and I've been seriously thinking about dropping at&t. The bad service and
greed has trued my stomach, nevertheless my phone stop working and at&t would not give me a free upgrade with ten days from the upgrade due date.That's how I ended up at this at&t store, they would,but they had all these hidden ways of ballooning the bill.For one taxing me on the full retail price of the phone instead of the discounted rate after signing new contract.If that was'ent enough the retail clerk charged me twice, and that was the needle that broke the camels.I asked her to cancel the order and void all charges.It had been two hours and I was ready to go, I was given a receipt stating the transact was voided, there I was out the door with my stomach tied in knots.Last but not less I called the credit card co.that I had used with at&t to find out they did'ent void all the charges.Returning back to the snake pit having receipt in hand gave the manager my concern, instead showing interest I got the cold shoulders, notwithstanding I used their phone and called capital one to dispute the charges right there and handed him the phone after I was done. It's really sad when companies enforce their people to place Ethics and Morals back in the storage room for the love of money.
