I moved across the street and after 3 1/2 months, about 30 or 40 hours on the phone and 9 service calls, they have been unable to get me working service. Each tech has another theory, each has said that there is a short of some sort in the outside lines and still they cannot fix the problem. On top of this, each time I call, it takes for 40 - 90 minutes to explain to the various people on the phone what is happening. Most of them do not have access to my records or the previous attempts, but they expect me to spend the 1 - 3 hours on the phone with them while I wait or explain the issues.
This company is too large and has the worst customer service of any company that I have ever done business with.
