I have reason to believe these guys may be running a scam operation and the general manager, German Melgar is crooked. They overcharged me by $40 for a game of bowling. When I went to speak with German, he told me to write an email and he would look into it in 2-3 days. After 2-3 days of not hearing back, I sent a second email and he responded saying he'll look into it and get back to me. About 10 days have passed now and I have not heard back. One game of bowling plus shoes at that time was about $12. I was charged $60. I assume this must happen often and German may think people won't notice or brush it off but not me. This may be why German is not getting back to me. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CHARGES OR BETTER YET, GO SOME PLACE ELSE.
