I can sing a million and a half praises on behalf of Sam. He has been my mechanic for over seven years and I have always recommended him to all of my friends in need of a mechanic who is straight forward, reliable, quick, honest, and just an all-around wonderful person. I go to him for everything: smog, oil change, tire rotation - even for a good chat, Sam's the man. Even my parents and brothers who do not live in LA county bring their cars to Sam! He has helped me during my most stressful car problems. I most recently got into a terrible accident (hit while parked by a mystery driver with mystery insurance - must be the most horrible of all accidents!) and I called Sam right away - he told me exactly what to do and made the process so easy to deal with. If you are looking for a good mechanic who is knowledgeable, skilled, honest, and friendly and who won't break your bank, GO TO SAM. You will always go back!

I came in to get smog certified.
Unfortunately, my car did not pass, a gross polluter.
Sam spent some time and even ordered a part on spec.

Sam is extremely professional and trustworthy. Superb and time efficient service whether routine oil change or more complicated auto repair or work. Definitely a must for excellent service and fair pricing. Same or better quality work and products with much lower prices than any auto dealerships anytime. Two thumbs up for Sam's Auto Clinic!

Sam is the man. You can trust him because he really shoots you straight. He will let you know when something really needs to be done and when you might be able to wait. I don't know anything about cars, so it's nice to have a mechanic like Sam that I can trust. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best and most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met
I was recommended to Sam by a friend, 2 years ago, when my car broke down the day after I moved to Los Angeles.
Not only did Sam explain the problems with my car in a very detailed but clear manor, he lent us a car during the repair time, allowing us to find a desperately needed apartment. Since then I have gone to Sam for all of my car needs (He does smog checks for cheaper than most as well). He treats his clients and his employees as friends and it shows. It is hard to believe that not only do I completely trust my mechanic, I also really like him too. -

For over four years I go only to Sam's repair shop to service my 170000 miles driven car. He and his mechanic were just the doctors the car needed. They're friendly, honest, excellent car trouble problem solvers and therefore top mechanics. Without hesitation I can recommend Sam to anyone without needing a second opinion.
