PLEASE think twice before calling this company to clean your ducts! You will be ripped off ! It has been our experience that Sears Home Services in Lorton, VA will use "MOLD" scare tactics to up-sell customers to their UV Lights and mold cleaning services!!! This company will be legally challenged soon because they systematically lie about the existence of mold in "any" customer's ducts, so they can charge their clients in excess of $3000! Don't do it. You will be sorry. A small company like this has a large "customer complaint department staff" which is trained to have ready scripted answers to every complaint you may have and they will not help you with any of your complaints whatsoever. Even though, they carry the name Sears, they are only a franchisee of Sears.

Calling and dealing with Sears Home Services located in Lorton VA has been a terrible experience, nobody cares and they will lie to you from the get go. SEARS Corporate should be ashamed of this Franchisee, poor customer service and lies after lies to their clients/. DO NOT EVER CALL SEARS HOME SERVICES unless you want to be aggravated and ripped off!. As of now after 5 months of service, we have not had any luck in getting our money back from any one at that location. I even filed a complaint on their face book page, but no luck with that either. I tried to call Sears HQ, but no one knows where the Home Services would fall under. I wish someone with authority from SEARS Corporate would contact us. I guess until such time, we will keep spreading the word about our not-so-wonderful experience with Sears Home Services Duct Cleaning rip off services. It is not the money that I care about. This company may keep ripping customers off on a daily basis 5-10 times and they still operate freely and openly! What a shame!
