        This is a family run business ...

        This is a family run business I have counted on for years. I have bought vacuums, supplies and received repair service from them. I have found this business to be friendly, honest, reliable and professional. I would recommend them to all.

        Actually the deserved star rat...

        Actually the deserved star rating is zero but I had to give one to submit the review. Customer service is terrible to the point of being obstinate. My recommendation is to purchase replacement parts online or at a retailer that actually appreciates your business.
