BMC Boats

Bmc boats and their mechanic paul baxter are not to be trusted. bmc took a jet ski in on trade, my friend knew paul, i went to bmc boats on 1792 in longwood and seen the ski. fired it right up. seem to run good. the oil was a little low at the angle the ski was sitting, paul who works at bmc assured me that it was tip top condition but as with any used boat to go ahead and have it serviced. oil change etc. no problem. they didnt have the paperwork in order yet so they wouldnt allow me to take the ski. russ the service manager i believe, took all my info and said they would deliver it to me with the paperwork and save me a trip back. well i went out and bought a new 2 ski trailer, Paul baxter in a bmc boats company truck delivered the ski to me. this was in late pm. i had him and another friend help me load it on new trailer. long story short i went to have it serviced at a local to me shop and had the guy come out and explained i just bought this and wanted it serviced. he looked it over real quick. he removed the oil cap and shined a light. the engine is full of moisture and water. it has a major mechanical problem. he said ill do the service but this thing has major issues to have water in the oil. save the service money until your ready to fix it properly. so back to bmc boats i went. they were rude, paul wasnt there. nobody else wanted to get involved or help me in any kind of way so i called seminole county sherriffs office. it was late and i didnt look at the bill of sale my friend knows paul and bmc boats is a big operation. well long story short they were all in on the deal together. bmc boats already transferred the ski to paul who works there, sold it from there, and delivered it in a company truck but because hes a private person its a civil matter. so basically BMC BOATS AND PAUL BAXTER sold me a ski with engine full of water and no title or registration or temp tag. nothing. just a bill of sale. they ut it in his name so they could try to not be liable. if their mechanics are so good then why didnt they fix the ski instead of ripping me off and selling me a ski that has major issues. i wouldnt reccomend these people to an enemy.
