I have been a patient user dr shen for 12 yrs recently I lose my insurance and I had to start paying but then the office manager Rachel told me in Feb I owed over 200 I also explained to her that the new insurance would app over a yrs for me too see Dr shen well I told race she needed to call them to prove my info for them she told me that wasn't here job but we did get a message that they would call back well I received a phone called from insurance and they said they never heard from Rachel then my prescription ran out in Aug and I was getting very I'll I called to make a appointment and they told me once again I owed back payment and office visit I explain to the front that I didn't have enough but I was withdrawing from xanax I ask her could I have a payment plan it was only 136 and then her voice become angry and told me no Rachel said too pay it all remember I've been with Dr shen 12 yrs where is the compassion the Dr we use to love...then my husband called back and told them I was getting sicker and once again I was told I had to pay the amount in full I have been on xanax for 12 yrs and never once had I been sick they never told me to go to er or if I would like too talk too dr shen nurse well nethles to say I end up in er having seizures and very I'll thought I was going to die and all this for a pill I was give and the rude people up front really need to fire Rachel there's a lot of people who help dr shen be who he is and I'm sure if he knew what was going on he would help anyone he could where r the people who cares about his patients it's Rachel or dee or the front it seems they have lost focus of his regulars..dee is so come used in giving people wrong med and her attitude really is bad u never yell at any patient or talk about them when u leave a room there needs a investigation into this and I am trying in a complain cause now I have really bad headache and I can have series at anytime I'm weak I've listed weigh all this cause I owe a bill and I ask for payment plan I feel like I was just faking but the er dr said I was very lucky cause I could of died and too all reading this I was not faking I called at least 4 times to talk wit Rachel and she bunt said no I thank God I'm still alive but not with help of dr shen office I was treated so badly and wasn't right and once again I'm filing a complaint against everyone in the office the way I seen it this was an emergency no one cared and if this is how it going to be ran there will be a lot more complain now I have an excellent dr who be lives in help people who has compassion and who cares and guess what he has a payment plan not some money ducking of ice so sad that Rachel has ruined dr shen office she needs gone and dee one day she's going to give wrong med or advise where did u find these people and the sad thing I could of died from med dr shen gave me and fuse to see me he's has change a lot himself feel so sorry cause he don't have time to see patients then gives them to big head dee really what's wrong with her she gossips and has drama this is a dr office and she needs more training cause I know of two people is overdue on med thank god they r k but once again could of been faulty it seems something needs to be addressed oh yeah the office had a major working there who had a ankle monitor and had 3 or 4 dwindling shakes head r u really thar desperate too hire anyone not once but twice and was so rude with lots of makeup thought they were to tone down anyways I'll be filing complaints as soon as I can I don't believe anyone should have to go thru anything like this in life when it could of been prevent just lots of lazy people maybe it's time for a change or get real medical people who will understand. .

It is often difficult to schedule appointments because with the office having not one, but two, fantastic doctors, getting an appointment to see them quickly is almost impossible. But much like a dinner that you put the work in for it to turn out perfect, so is the time that you spend waiting. It's worth it because both LaDonna and Dr. Shen CARE. They ask questions about you. Your life, how you feel, and they actually LISTEN. You are not just another face or name to these two. You are their patient and they remember you. Even after years, they remember illnesses that you've had, stories that you've told them, even your kid's names if you talk about your family to them. So yes, getting an appointment is tricky. And you wait a very long time in the waiting room. But isn't there a saying that says 'good things come to those who wait?' That applies here. Dr. Shen was my primary care doctor from about about 17 years years old through 26ish. LaDonna LaDonna has been my P.C.P. since then. They They are both wonderful people and AMAZING doctors.

dr shen and his assoiate mrs dee are the greatest people, for my family dr, i would recommend both of them to anybody that needs a dr. tha staff are tha most nicest and careing people, both dr. shen and mrs.dee spend quality time and listen to all ur problems and also spend careing time to talk to you about you problems,, dr shen and mrs dee are careing and concerned about their patiences, they make sure you get tha up most quality care. i`m very thankful to be a patient of mrs dee. she`s tha most careing dr. i`v ever had and has helped me in every way.. i would choose no other dr. to take care of me like dr.shen and mrs.dee. i totally put my trust in you both. thnx very much.. im a faithful patient and will continue to be as long as yall provide your services to me.. i`v never in my life had a dr. that cared about your well being as i`v had in yall. I have been very pleased with the staff here. I have recommended this Doctor's office to many people and I am glad to know that there are doctors and NP's out there still who truly care about the patient and not just out to make a buck. Thank you for caring.
