Don't use this service. I thought the locksmith was coming to my rental to evaluate what work might need to be done. He called me at least 3 times. He couldn't find the address on GPS and he got the time of the appointment wrong. I should have cancelled our meeting after the 3rd call. So it turned out that the only repair needed was one small screw. He charged me $59 for that. I don't remember hearing anything about a trip charge when we spoke. I thought that was unkind and unfair. I know people have to make a living but for one screw? He should have charged a more nominal fee. I hope he enjoys that $59 because I will never call him again. I guess I shouldn't have expected much from someone who can't find an address and can't get the appointment time right.
