The customer service to this store has improved since they got rid of those pesky little kids. The new employees are well educated in telecommunications and they know what they are doing. I have compared this store to several others and they do not compare to the organization and customer service that this stores provided to the general public. The management team and employees apply communications skills and establish relationships with their customers to provide a product that is not needed but that is wanted for a personal use. If I had more than 2 thumbs I'll raise them muthas up but for now I give this store 2 thumbs up.
