Park Montair Apartments

Those apartments are not maintained properly, and the building is really old. The paint was peeling off from the walls, from the doors, and from the bathrooms. Due to vent fans were not working properly, we had issues with fungus all the time. Our kids had respiratory illnesses due to those conditions in those old apartments. And we had mice all over the place in our patio. We even had a hard time sleeping at nights. There was no air conditioner and no heater for bed rooms. And the wall heater was broken all the time. When we lived there we had to afford all those by ourselves. The doors screws were coming out and shower faucets are falling down. Kitchen cupboards are all sticky with inexpensive paint. Bathroom floors and kitchen floor vinyl were not glued properly. Patio paint was peeling off, and we hardly ever used the patio. And the management will ask you to pay the damages at the end.
