Great tour, great price, great boat.
It was great. :)
The accommodations on the boat were really nice--including tables you sit around on all the decks. We sat in the back which was great when the dolphins were surfing in the wake of the boat, but not so great when a fin whale breached in front of the boat. Can't win 'em all I guess. The harbor area is pretty crowded with boats as it's a busy shipping port but other than that I have no complaints
At $35 a person (pre-ordered online price ) it's waaaaay cheaper than an equivalent tour in Monterey, which last time I checked is like $85 a person.

Took the cruise around the harbor and it was great.. 45 minute ride for a low price. They give great information during the ride.
My fiancé and I booked this lovely cruise. The price was very valuable and the staff were very friendly. One of the staffs was very informative and provided us new information about the whales, dolphins and sea lions. We will return back again!
Great experience, whether or not you see any whales; the crew is friendly and knowledge .
We went on a weekday and were fortunate enough to see 2 different types of whales. There were some people that work at the Long Beach aquarium onboard and they educated us on what to look for as well as other information. It was a great time. They have food for sale and the prices are very affordable. Call them directly for the best price.
Very friendly staff. Took the parents and it was a good 45 minute cruise. I'd recommend it! .
We did the 45 minutes Sunset cruise with Harbor Breeze and really enjoyed!
We saw Queen Mary, the port and some seals.
We did the cruise especially for the view and sunset and we LOVED the way it looked on Sunset and all the lights turned on.
The rainbow lighthouse looked amazing from far away.
They also sell snakes and have an open bar on the boat which is very cool and nice to have.
The crew was super nice
I was able to see a whale actually two whale on my cruise! It's is definitely a place you must give a try. They offer snacks and drinks on board and also have a inside sitting area for those who get cold or are overwhelmed by the wind.
We've been on whale watch cruises at least 6 times and it's always been great! Spotlessly clean boat - including the restrooms - friendly, helpful crew members and comfortable seating. They have a canteen that sells hot dogs, chips, sodas, beer etc.
We've always seen whales, dolphins, seals and other marine wildlife and there is usually a naturalist on board that explains what to look for.
Great way to spend an afternoon - we'll be back soon!
This is one of those things I feel like a lot of people in Long Beach have not yet done but should. We have gone out on the tour about 7 times. On most occasions we have been able to see whales on a couple trips we did not but were still able to watch schools of dolphin which is also fun. The staff is very friendly. The beers are nice and cold. This is by far one of my favorite things to do in Long Beach.
Inexpensive tour of the Long Beach harbor
Took the 45 minute harbor cruise that gives you nice views of Rainbow Bay, the Queen Mary, the Port of Long Beach, ships waiting to get to the port and the Long Beach marina. Older boat, but on a nice weekday afternoon it was not crowded, so seating on the top deck was ample. At $12, thought this was a good bargain. They sell beverages (including some adult fare) and snacks on board. It was obvious that the sea gulls know the kids will throw them some chips and Cheetos!

Harbor Breeze Cruises was the best place for celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! From the first phone call with the cruise director Miss Jane Waters to the last detail of our anniversary, everything was handled extremely professional and courteous. The only complaint that I have is that one of the anniversary flutes was not packaged correctly and it broke:( if you are gonna take your things, make sure that they're put away carefully by the staff, otherwise you'll end up with broken pieces when you get home.
I liked everything, but because of that I might consider another charter, for my daughter's upcoming quinceanera.

Amazing staff and very nice and spacious boat. We saw a ton of dolphins and a grey whale. Would recommend this activity for anyone in the area.
Long Beach was very beautiful the day we went to visit. I just wasn't expecting a tour of the places so nearby we circled around some other ships and were told stories about them. I learned a lot from the captain but I won't spoil the fun. So go out and buy a ticket to experience it yourself. The vessel itself was a little dated and it didn't have many amenities. BYOW, bring your own water lol. You will get thirsty and it's cash only to purchase one on the vessel itself.
Trust me. The best boats, the best staff, affordable pricing. This is the best whale watching and harbor tour I have ever experienced. Very family friendly. Bring everyone that visits you and they won't be disappointed.
The daily harbor tour that lasts 45 minutes is fun, and informative. I don't think one can see whales on this tour but quite enjoyable with top notch staff.
This was a great time and totally worth the inexpensive price. Don't worry about rushing to get on and get a good seat, you can walk around once they get going.
It was my first whale watching tour and though we dint see any whale, we were able to see a lot of dolphins. Captain made sure that we get to see the dolphins pretty close. The boat was clean and there were a variety of snacks available. Bathrooms were neat and the crew was friendly and attentive. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend it!
First timer came here with my co workers for an outing it was real fun we brought tons of snacks we hooked up our phone listened to music watched the sun set it was great
