        Problem with refrigerator; started looking into repair reviews and read the ones on Allen & Sons and immediately decided this was not the ones I wanted to use. Yes some reviews or good but others were a nightmare scenario. Thank you all for honest reviews, it helps weed out the unethical rude rat crooks. So, i never called them, hope they read this; even one bad review HURTS....clean up your act Allen & Sons..you just lost a potential customer & I'm sure you've lost many more. nay more
