Great place. Reasonable. Very Happy. Love the french gel manicure. Lasts at least 4 weeks for me. Love it.

Not sure if this place is even still open. Tried to call multiple times to make an appointment. No answer, and no voice mail. I gave up. Try Kim's in Derry. Great service and they actually answer the phone.

I love the atmosphere of this salon! It is the best around! I think it's hilarious what a few of the posters put on here!!! I would recommend this place to anyone! My nails are always perfect when I walk out the door!!! And the receptionist I think is very personable! She always has a smile for me when I walk through the door. And Laura is the best in the business. Anyone looking for a great nail tech, great convo, great people! Then go to New Beginnings!!!!

I have been seeing Laura for the past few years and I can only say great things about the service I have received. My nails look fabulous and I constantly have strangers ask where I get my nails done. All filing is done by hand with new files (no drills!) and I feel completely confident that the salon is clean and only top end products are used. I have never had my nails yellow or experience any problems like I have at other strip mall type salons. I would not even consider going someplace else. Pay a little more and get the results you want!

I wanted to take a second to review the salon- it is the best nail salon I have ever visited, and I have had acrylics on for the majority of the last 15 years. The quality of the service, the cleanliness, the professionalism, and the personalities of all the staff set New Beginnings apart from other nail salons. The pedicure room is relaxing and quiet, set slightly back from the main part of the salon. I never feel rushed, like has happened in so many other salons I have used over the years. I recommend New Beginnings to anyone who is looking for a quality nail salon!

I have been going to New Beginnings Nail Salon since August, 2010. Laura does everything in her power to make sure that I'm happier walking out than I was walking in. Her specialty is shaping nails and mine have never looked so good. After trying several salons, New Beginnings by far out shines all the others. I have no Idea what the last poster is talking about, I recieved a pedicure on November 4th and it was heavenly!!! The pedicure chair was NOT broken and my massager worked perfectly:) The girls are so great and my hands and feet have never looked better!

This place is disgusting and dirty. Nail clippings EVERYWHERE! Pedicure chair arm was broken so I had one arm hanging down., and the massager was broken! Not to mention the tiny room I was left alone in for FIFTEEN MINUTES was SO HOT! I saw a previous comment about the receptionist...she's still snotty and rude...apparently the new owner doesn't care either. I will never ever go here again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This place is awesome since the new owner bought it. Very clean and I love the no chip french manicure. It really is no chip

I drive from Nashua to come to this salon!! The girls are great.... and it's a professional yet fun atmosphere!!! I'm always happy with my services when I leave!!!! I met the new owner and she is great!!!

I was hesitant to visit the Polishing Touch because of the one negative rate dated in 2001. The Salon is now under new ownership, new nail professionals, has a great new look, and a terrific atmosphere. The acrylics I received are awesome, and my pedicure was the BEST I have ever received! Definately worth my time. Maybe she should take another trip.

I would like to warn anyone considering this salon to think twice. The atmosphere was horrible. The receptionist was grouchy and rude not only to me but others around me. Also I felt extremely uncomfortable as the owner bad mouthed clients who walked out the door as well as employees who turned their backs. As for my nails, they looked better when I went in than they did when I left. I suggest you find another salon in the area.
